Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of GDI — Global Demand Intelligence (“GDI” or “the Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Beta service

GDI is currently offered as a beta product. Features may change, be limited, or be unavailable from time to time. We may modify or discontinue beta functionality as the product evolves.

2. Purpose of GDI

GDI provides market-research and demand-intelligence tools. Outputs are informational and should not be treated as financial, legal, investment, tax, or other professional advice. Users remain responsible for their own business decisions.

3. Connected services

Users may connect supported third-party services through authorization mechanisms such as OAuth. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to connect and use the relevant accounts and data. Use of third-party services remains subject to those providers' own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse GDI, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the Service, violate applicable law, or use the Service to infringe the rights of others.

5. Accounts and security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity performed through their accounts.

6. Intellectual property

GDI and its original software, design, branding and documentation are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Users retain rights to their own content and authorized source data.

7. Availability and warranties

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Because GDI is in beta, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every analysis will be error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, GDI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the Service or reliance on its outputs.

9. Privacy

Our handling of information is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms as GDI evolves.
